Vividria Studioss LLC is a consumer electronics retailer specializing in consumer electronic products, electronic accessories, and related technology products for everyday personal and household use. Through our Shopoem-powered online store, customers can browse available products, review specifications and pricing, place orders, make payments, arrange delivery, and obtain customer support.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced by our store, describe the rights and responsibilities that apply when you access, browse, purchase from, or otherwise use our services. Our store is powered by Shopoem which provides ecommerce infrastructure used to operate the Services.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between the customer and Vividria Studioss LLC.

Shopoem may process information necessary to provide its ecommerce infrastructure and related services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted through Shopoem, information submitted through the Services may also be processed by Shopoem and other service providers where necessary to provide ecommerce functionality.

If you voluntarily submit product reviews, comments, ideas, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
